Another tempting weekend is upon us...try your best to make good choices. 

My plan:
lots of liquids....at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Click shake
Chef salad for lunch
shrimp for dinner...don't know how Ben will fix it yet

Got home last night and knew fruit and quiche would not cut it so we ordered pizza. Why am I so dumb/ it was so good and so did not like me! So back to planning and sticking to it!!

yogurt w/ hi-lo cereal
protein drink
grapefruit
quiche
cantalope
protein bar
2 sf oreoes...maybe 3
fish and chips at Joes for dinner

Hi everyone -

This one's pretty easy for me to report - pre-op diet: 

5 myoplex light shakes
5 oz chicken
2 cups vegetables.

This is my first weekend on the diet (5 days in) so I'm a little nervous about not having work to distract me but I've created a million "projects" around the house that will hopefully fill my time! 

9 days left till the big day!

KARLA-you're right-it's so much easier to do this when we're on our daily "schedule"..I'm all my "time clock" today so far too-starting with sleeping FOUR hours later than usual!! Having first cup of coffee now...Have a 8pm-8am shift scheduled for tonight, so have to work extra "meal" in

Night Shift: Have Click premeasured in ziplocked bags and some protein bars in my bars..along with my trusty Redline caps and water bottle!

Hope everyone has a SATISFIED Saturday..how corny of me....OMG, di I say CORN...my bad....
