This one's pretty easy for me to report - pre-op diet:
5 myoplex light shakes
5 oz chicken
2 cups vegetables.
This is my first weekend on the diet (5 days in) so I'm a little nervous about not having work to distract me but I've created a million "projects" around the house that will hopefully fill my time!
9 days left till the big day!

KARLA-you're right-it's so much easier to do this when we're on our daily "schedule"..I'm all my "time clock" today so far too-starting with sleeping FOUR hours later than usual!! Having first cup of coffee now...Have a 8pm-8am shift scheduled for tonight, so have to work extra "meal" in
