Anybody Have Low Blood Sugar Episodes?
Yep, actually had one this morning! I hate it, too, because it comes on quick and you really feel crappy REALLY FAST! I keep a supply of those peanut-butter crackers in a Tupperware container in my car in case it hits me when I'm out and about. Usually those don't get too "melty" (as my daughter calls it) in the sun like other stuff can get in the warmer months.
My older daughter can always tell if it ha**** me and she's in the kitchen as I usually am scrambling to find anything I can get my hands on. She had a regular Dr. Pepper once in her hand and I just took a swig of that. Obviously not a good thing to keep on hand, but in a pinch, literally one big swig helped and did so rather quickly. Of course she's not always going to be standing there with a "leaded" soda in her hand but at the time, it worked!!!

All the time these days... The thinner I've become, the more frequent it happens to me. However, if I eat reguarly, like every 3 hours - I'm fine. It's only when I've been a bonehead and skipped a meal that it happens. So, as I travel for work a lot, it can become a problem and I never get on a plane trip without crackers and/or a protein bar or almonds handy. Never know when you're going to get stuck on a plane with nothing to eat. Funny thing is, I think more about food now then when I was over 300 lbs.... Go figure!
