Good afternoon.  I am up early today.  The Rangers game started at 11AM.  So far so good.

Also have a doctor's appointment, my annual physical.  I am going armed with my list from Dana on all the blood work I want done.  My doc is pretty good, I tell him what I want and he gets it done.  Will make sure my surgeon gets a copy, as well as my oncologist.

Survivor is on tonight.  If the commercials are showing what is really going to happen, there are some stupid people on there this time.

So, what's going on with you?

Just a reminder, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS  AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested).  Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

I have been very faithful about it.  Just wish I was as faithful with my eating.  But I am working on it.

They only took ten vials of blood from me, so I felt slighted.  But then I remembered, I did not have to be tested for *****iness.  LOL

ummm yes you do need to be tested for *****iness just for the sheer fact you posted something that disrespectful. You also need to be tested for Dirty old man, but i dont think there's a blood test for that one either... either way we all you you would blow that one up as positive in a quick minute.
