Patients of David S. Hall

Just out of curiousity, Is Dr. Hall back in Lubbock?  Years ago, he moved from Lubbock to Dallas right after my surgery.  i could not follow him that far.  I'm just west of San Antonio.  So I have not had follow up with a gastric doc.  I have had follow ups..but not with my own doc.

Was wondering if he was back in lubbock so that I may be able to see him again.
