Looking for support in East Texas

I look on here often and see that other people have found such wonderful support and would love to have that in East Texas. I live around Tyler please email me,I soooooo need the support and would love to have other people to share this expirence with. I still have more weight to loose and am having a hrad time with it now. :(

I have not been to a support group in Tyler, my ex-wife has, but Dr. B's office did have one on the third Monday of the month at ETMC.  Check with Lindsey to see if they still do.

Im Tara, I had RNY revision surgery with Dr. B in Dec 09...im 4 months out and have lost 60 lbs...

Id be glad to offer all the moral support you need, im still learning everyday about RNY, so maybe you can teach me some new things as well...

Thanks so much!! I so love hearing everyone's stories it gives me so much more drive nad I need that. I had lap band in June of last year and have lost about 60 pounds since the surgery and 15 before. I really need to loose about 30 more but have not lost any in abt a month. I decided today I have to commit to this again and be a much happier person. Thanks so much for your response and I look forwarding to hearing all your stories!! :)

 I too am looking for support in East Texas..I had my surgery April 1, 2010 in Tyler with Dr. B.
Have had no problems at all, I am trying to stay off the scales so I don't get discouraged, but what is a normal loss for the first 2 weeks? I am down 10.2 lbs and to be honest, i am a little disappointed as I really figured it would be more than that.
