This is definitely HUMP day! I stayed up way too late, slept way too late and am dragging to get over the hump today! I have lots of stuff in the 'fridge and frezer....too much as it's hard to decide what to have! But I think I hear those pinto's and ham calling my name!

Pre-B....protein chai tea
B....cottage cheese. Yeah, I know it's boring but I love this stuff!
L....pintos and ham
S....something with protein, maybe stick of cheese and a few almonds. Trying to really stay away from sweet fruits, I'm starting to have dumping signs when I eat them.
D...SW chicken
