We're here right smack dab in the middle of a week.  Make a plan.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake or click
Caesar salad and soup for lunch...eating  at Cheddars
Tilapia for dinner
Maybe a SBUX thrown in the plan if I have time!

What's your plan?

Karla

PHYLLIS-I keep foil pkgs of chicken, tuna, etc and cans of low sodium soup in my file cabinet, at work, for days when my guts are not cooperating, nothing sounds good, or I "forgot" my lunch. My cabinet has been a life saver many, many times-Just wanted to share what works for me
