Hope you have a plan for today and can stick to it...plans always help!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee already downed
seafood gumbo for lunch
Atkins shake
maybe a click shake if I need it
Tilapia or chicken cordon bleu and sauteed spinach for dinner

What's your plan?

I already rode my bike for 30 min. this morning and took vits/supplements other than calcium

My plan for today:

B - breakfast burrito - minus the tortilla................

Sn -  ?? Atkins shake if needed....

L -    1% cottage cheese...........

Sn:     if needed...........

D:   2 oz of  SW Style eggbeaters with bacon pieces and cheese........

Sn:  If needed.........leftovers of something in the bag......

Phyllis is that enough food?  If I only ate cottage cheese for lunch I'd be searching for something else within the hour.  How about throwing in a lunch meat roll-up or a 1/2 grilled chicken breast with the CC?  The solid protein will keep you full longer.  And I have to ask...what's in the mystery bag?  You always post "leftovers of something in the bag".  Well I'm only seeing burrito guts (which will be done after breakie), shake, cottage cheese (gone after lunch) and an omelet (gone after dinner) so WHAT'S in the bag????

OH MY BAD.............    "my bag"..........is my lunch bag....usually use it for games, 6-flags....etc............its big enough to hold extra stuff......but i don't really have a whole lot in there today.

I brought enough egg stuff for 2 servings (dinner if chosen), etc...............laughing cow cheese....

maybe throw in some bacon pieces in the cottage cheese too..........not hungry - snacking on beef jerky......................yummy..................so the extra protein has really helped with me NOT wanting to snack...........................

PHYLLIS-I don't know about your body-but when I eat alot of jerky I really have to UP my water intake to flush out the "jerky salt"...Just a thought so you won't think the scale  has disappointed you

woke up feeling gross and bloated. pottied lost 2 1/2 lbs. Damn!Lunch is packed and getting dressed. Think it will be a great day.

I weighed for the first time in about 2 weeks...I LOVE that I've gotten away from the scale...and I'm 155.4 so right in the middle of my 5 lb range.

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: hamburger patty (no bun)
Dinner: turkey, mashed potatoes and salad

I bought an Oven Roasted whole cooked turkey breast at Costco yesterday.  It's another one of those perfect foods for us.  4 oz serving= 140 calories and 26 gm of protein.  It comes ready to eat.
