Off to the start of a new week today!  Make a plan...stick to it as much as you can.

I'm going out to eat for a friend's birthday for lunch.  I have no idea where we will eat so I will make good choices and eat protein!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
?lunch
Atkins shake
leftover steak and sauteed spinach quesadilla for dinner

Good morning!  Scale is being way too kind for all the leftover Easter candy I ate... maybe working in the yard yesterday helped!  Lunch is packed and Click is in the microwave now... the start to a good day!

Meg, does the fruit and veggies not play havoc with your system? I cannot eat much raw stuff.  My system rebels for hours. I LOVE savory muffins.  I might borrow this from your list.

These do not bother me if I peel the celery and only buy the little tiny baby carrots and chew them really well. The only fruit I have trouble with is watermelon I  can only eat a few bites. Apples and grapes I peel too.

Never thought about peeling them.  I'll have to try that.  Glad I asked. Learn something new every day!

Peeling celery may seem tedious, but I love it and it is crunchy so well worth it!! And it is considered free cals!! Sometimes I use it to get protein in by putting pimento cheese or peanut butter on it!

I consider a day good if I learn something new!!

My plan is the same as just about every day. I know i'm boring but weight is at least holding steady over a weekend INSTEAD of a gain. that hasn't happened in a long time. Course I didn't feel much like eating with this dern crud in my system

Eggs, cheese sausage on high protein english muffin

turkey ham, cheese, tomato and pickle on sandwich thin

not sure of dinner
