OTC Vitamins - you buy?

can you guys tell me what OTC vitamins you buy for the calcium, iron, and multivitamin to reach our needs?

I have been buy Celebrate Vitamins, and Bariactric Advantage Vitamins- but after almost 3 years, I am looking at OTC vitamins that will do the same!

calcium - twin labs chewables (vitamin shoppe), Celebrate, UpcalD
D3 - from vitalady
iron - tender iron from vitalady
b-complex - chewable from soloray (vitamin shoppe)
b-12 - 2500 mcg sublingulas from Wal Mart

Thanks! I wanted to compare prices compared to what I spend online through Bariatric advantage and celebrate! I will now look into price saving ;) My labs have been perfect with the BA/Celebrate.

I use Centrum chewables for my multivitamin and my labs are good using them. I just can't make myself pay twice as much for Bariatric Advantage. Pam T. has a spreadsheet on her blog with the nutrient and cost breakdown of different vitamins. HERE is the link.

Honey, I have been using Flintstones Childrens Coplete for 3 yrs!! Add D luid drops, calcium, iron and b12 My labs are great!

Thanks for posting hte link for Pam T's vits. I had seen that before on the RYN board, but didn't save it. I did review it! I am looking at price saving, and still having the results I need on the labs.

I hate, hate, hate chewables. I take NatureMade Multi Complete gelcaps. Because they are soft gelcaps and not hard tablets, I figure I get better absorption. My labs were perfect at 1 year post-RNY.
