My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
lunch: ham on bagel thin sandwich
Steak for dinner with a veggie

Yesterday started out well..lots of water...a fairly healthy omelet..gave away my hash browns..wakled all over the mall..

Then I gor stupid...didn't eat lunch...let Chris order pizza... "only" ate the toppings off one slice...until 2 hrs later when I went in the kitchen and finished out off the cheesy bread...it's still sitting like lead...serves me right...

Today's PLAN:

L: BBQ chicken/green veggies/salad

S: grrek yogurt

D: left overs from lunch

I've bought "lunch groceries" and will be getting those prepared sometime today....NO MORE CHEESY BREAD!!

Today is a day of cooking and praparing some meals for the week!To eat today:

beefy burrito casserole
velveeta/sausage/rotel dip

savory muffins
shepherds pie
sf almond macroons

Well yesterday just sucked!!!  Had to get rid of the all the leftover Easter candy... you know the extra candy in the bag that won't fit in the baskets...too much temptation for me!!!  Hoping today will be a better day!!!  Going to do the Whiterock half marathon in Dec. so going to start training... yes it's going to take me that long to train!!!  I am so not a runner... I can walk a 15min mile... but my goal is to run a 12 min. mile.

There's no way in hell that these knees would let me participate but give me the dates and I'll reserve the guest rooms for you and your family (if they want to come).  I'm only 20 minutes or so from Whiterock.  We can make another "weekend" out of it.

STEPH-I know your question was directed at PAIGE, but I'll intercept. The WR is scheduled for Dec 13th, a Sunday, at 0800, which means you line up probably by 0600, which means a certain NURSE DIVA would also like an invitation to the Rowlett Retreat, please!
