Accountable April Sunday
I just made a canadian bacon, onion and cheddar omelet for breakfast. Ate 1/3 got full and stopped. That alone is a major accomplishment for me. I usually try to take 3-4 extra bites when it tastes good. Big hurrah was that I actually FLIPPED it in the pan. I love it when I see chefs do that - I only tried it one other time and it was a disaster.
I have no clue about the other 2 meals today but I know I have leftover london broil so it will probably be that for dinner and egg salad for lunch.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I made a fast and furious up and back trip to Dallas yesterday. Eats were OK, I packed a lunch and shared it with my dive buddy, Betty. I made chicken salad, cottage cheese with SF orange syrup (Creamsicle!), Pecan thin crisps, almonds, and carrots crisps. I probably ate a total of one portion all day, was just too excited to eat most of the day. I love that big old dive shop warehouse and always anticipate the trips there like a kid at Christmas! When we got home, Beast picked me up and we went to Fish House for some shrimp and catfish. So I did have 2 fried catfish fingers. They worked into my plan but I need to be avoiding that grease! Although that's one thing I like about Fish Place, their food is never dripping in grease like so many others.
For today, the plan is to hit my water....
Pre B- chai tea
B - cottage cheese
L - SW chicken
S - cold watermelon or something proteiny
D - grilled shrimp
LNS? - chai tea?
