The weekend is here...yeah!  Hope you have some sort of plan no matter how strict or loose it may be.

My plan (have family reunion):

lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake or Click shake
BBQ brisket and layered salad for lunch
who knows what else will be there

dinner: something with protein...depends on what Ben wants.  He had a stomach virus yesterday so I'll let him pick if he's up to regular food tonight.

I will climb on my bike in a bit and ride!

Can't come up with a plan today. cupboards are bare and not much to chose from! Grocery run tomorrow is a must!!What I know I will have:

cereal w/mootopia
bfast at R&S
bunny munchies or pirate booty!!
need to find some fruit!!

I'll play...I'm having a protein drink for breakfast, taking a sub/pretzels with me to the ballgame for lunch and will have leftover London broil/salad for dinner.  No formal exercise-moving furniture is enough for me.
