Okay...weekend time here again...don't go wild!  Maintaining well here.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Chef salad for lunch
Shrimp lo mein for dinner or beef chianti for dinner

Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend. :)

Here's my plan for the day.

B: Protein shake
L: Not sure. Meeting hubby. If he has time we will go to Zookini's and I'll do the salad bar. If he doesn't have time I'll have to pick something up and take it to him. I'm leaning toward Chickfila nuggets & fruit salad.
D: spaghetti and meatballs (minus spaghetti) or leftovers.

D - not sure.........not much of a plan for today - but its Friday !!  whooo hooo !!

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.
