chef salad for lunch

peeled celery and peanut butter
cantalope
eggsalad
8 plack pepper crackers
2 oz nut mix
rtd protein drink
steak, cheese grits and veg for dinner
sf ice cream bar

i'm here.

don't have much for taste buds with all the meds.  Holding steady at 160.  God, I hate that number, but it's NOT 340.  And this new friend keeps telling me I am tiny. Love that woman!

I hope that I can hold steady thru the week and weekend. Need to keep eating on a regular time schedule and take my meds and vits.  AND WATER

Doing great so far this month. :)

L: Jason's Deli Salad bar
D: Not sure. Either spaghetti w/meatballs and sauce. (Just meatballs for me) Or we're going out somewhere. Depends on what the hubby decides.
