Anyone use Dr. Michael Green in Dallas?
If it's the same Dr Michael Green as practices in Fort Worth, he a cutie patootie (very important quality in a surgeon...lol). Several of my friends had him and are very pleased.I'm sure they will see your post and chime in.

We Can Do Hard Things
Yeppers! Dr. Green is quite awesome in my opinion. In your research goto http://www.livebylosing.com and http://www.bariatricfortworth.com/ to see what you can about him. While the second site is geared toward Plaza Medical in Fort Worth he does have an office in Colleyville and operates out of Renaissance Hospital in Dallas that I know of. I haven't heard much about the office staff in Colleyville however the office staff in the Fort Worth office is great and caring. He does monthly seminars at both Renaissance Hospital and Doctor's Hospital in Dallas monthly as well as Plaza Medical in Fort Worth. The dates are listed on the livebylosing.com site.
I had someone (sorry, I can't remember your name) tell me she used to work with Dr. Green and she thought he was great.
I went to his initial seminar, and felt comfortable with him.
I took my friend with me, who is also a retired nurse, and was not crazy about me doing something this drastic.
We both came away with a good feeling about him.
Takes a lot to make a nurse feel comfortable about a surgeon.
