Maintaining well here...that's always good!  Hope everyone has a plan for today.

My plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Blackened chicken alfredo leftovers for lunch and sf mousse
don 't know for supper...will make it protein...hubby may be home

oh no KARLA..I read your menu "sf MOUSE"..I guess you've had too much rodent talk lately!!

I got "off plan" yesterday, but not eating ENOUGH...just didn't feel like messing with it..so, of course, I DID feel like hitting that chocolate egg later...

Today will be a "Winning Wednesday", and I'm going to CLAIM IT:

S: Apple with cheese

L: Chicken Ceasar Salad

D: BBQ Chicken/green beans

I need to keep comcentrating on my water, and keep that bottle in my hand, like in the old days

Good morning!!  Back to work today and feeling much better!  Going to take it easy on the old band for the next few days... I think when I was sick what scared me the most was my band slipping... somehow I have avoided being sick like this since WLS.  I think everything is okay just going to let pouch and band rest!!

Plan for today is mostly liguids and soft foods...

GOOD MORNING...

I feel like I am doing better.............aiming for about 1100-1200 calories.......something like that...and just to stay on track..............

I think that I licked the potato chip craze that I had for several months.............I havent had any "potato chips" in about 2 months....................does tortilla chips count?   I've had  a few when at restaurants............ 

My plan today:

Lots of fluids.......I"m trying for the 100 oz too Karla !!    Does GREEN tea count?  I love it... TAZO - ZEN tea..........I make it by the pitcher - just about the ONLY thing that I can stand to drink other than regular tea. 

B-  Egg beaters - sw style w/ 4 cubes of velveeta cheese

Sn -  not sure if anything............may still be eating on these eggs...........pouch not doing great....

Lunch:  Baked Chicken breast........with bbq sauce.........& pickles....

snack - Atkins Shake.

Dinner -  leftovers...........from the bag..........AND ONLY THE BAG.....

Got slightly off track yesterday. Oh, way off track and the trip to Cold Stone didn't help.   Back on track today. :)

D: Leftover Easter brisket is in the crockpot. Gonna do shredded beef sandwiches for the family. I'll just do the brisket w/ a bit of BBQ sauce. Not sure on veg/sides. I'm thinking broc or a broc mix.

Lots of water, crystal light & some unsweet tea.
