Lose it 4 life support group will meet this coming sunday on April 11th at Starbucks 1324 W. Pipeline Rd. in Hurst, Texas. We meet from 3:30 - 4:30 PM. Our topic this month is "Stretching Your Comfort Zone". If you plan on attending please RSVP so I will have enough seats saved and have enough literature printed out for everyone.
