Thank heavens the holiday eating fest is over!  Yesterday wasn't too bad for me. 

Today's plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Cheesy Chicken Cauliflower Soup for lunch and sf pudding mousse
Chicken Cordon Bleu for dinner and maybe some sauteed spinach

What's your plan?

My whole weekend was just AWFUL...I don't know what in the world is wrong with me, but it has to STOP STOP STOP!!!! Today's plan:

B: Click

L: Roast beef/green beans

S: Yogurt/with 1/4 c Fiber one cereal

D: BBQ chicken/green beans

LOTS and LOTS of water!

Good morning.... I feel like crap today!  Cam was sick last Sunday then on Friday Hannah was sick all the way to Dallas but then seemed to be better until Sat. night... and was sick all day yesterday... now I think I have it!!  Rescheduled a training I had this afternoon... and just called my boss to let her know I might not be in today... really can't afford to take the day off but can't go unless I feel better... now off to find my phenigren (sp???)!!!

Plan... NOTHING SOUNDS GOOD!!!!  That right there should be a sign to stay home!

i'm here and scale is here as well - it's a lot better than Saturday morning, but need to really focus on good eating.

I am afraid i'm like Paige.  With these allergies, or head cold or whatever, NOTHING sounds good. 

I plan to do some 'clean' eating, in that it won't be junk and carbs.  I have greek yogurt and will have a bit of fruit in it and I honestly don't now what will be for lunch. I didn't pack last night and that means troulbe.
We will just do what needs to be done.

I had a horrible weekend. Getting back on track today. :0)  Doing liquids/protein shakes for 3 days per my dr's guidlines. Which, by the way, I told him was ridiculous the last time I saw him. Cracked the nurse up. LOL :)  Anyway, here's the plan for the day.


B: Protein Coffee
L: Protein shake
D:Protein shake

Water, water, water, water, water, and maybe some crystal light. :)

Sorry, not going near the scale today!! Got into something with a lot of sodium, not sure what, and I can't get my rings off and not sure what shoes I can get on my feet! Finally found my colace this moring so have that vits and 1/2 grapefuit in already!

1/2 grapefruit
strwaberries
deviled eggs
porkloin sammie w/ mayo & cran rasp horseradish sauce
Coleslw w/sugar,fat and cal free dressing
fiber bar
bean & cheese nachos for dinner
sf fudgescicles

Ok, bit the bullit and got on the scale"

highest weight: about 330lbs
consult weight: 300 lbs
surgery weight: 270 lbs
last week weight: 131 lbs
todays weight: 131 lbs!!

This works just fine!!!

Hi ya all !!  I'm gonna try to do better and get on this thread everyday !!  I HAVE GOT TO DO BETTER AND STOP STOP STOP  EATING................

Today's plan:
B - Atkins shake
S -  cheese - mont jack & colby cheese
L- 1/4 piece of Pork Steak - air baked......... zuchinni & squash
S -  Atkins Shake

D -  left overs........whatever I have left in my bag...
Sn - olives, pickles...........

  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

Plans for today...

Water  at least 64oz and no sugar added juice. 

Breakfast: omlet with ham and veggies

Lunch: 2 Flatbread sandwiches

Dinner: Barbecue brisket, baked beans, cole slaw, baked potatoe casserole

If I get hungry during the day... fruit to snack.

This is the first time I have read this thread.  It is so encouraging.  Gosh I have not planned today's meals.  I guess I will have....

3:00 am :  I had a protein shake -  I could not sleep

B:  Greek yogurt

L:  pinto beans

Snack:  Protein Shake

D:  Broccoli and and an attempt to eat a bite or two of a pork chop
