Cheesy Chicken Cauliflower Soup for lunch and sf pudding mousse
Chicken Cordon Bleu for dinner and maybe some sauteed spinach

My whole weekend was just AWFUL...I don't know what in the world is wrong with me, but it has to STOP STOP STOP!!!! Today's plan:

L: Roast beef/green beans
S: Yogurt/with 1/4 c Fiber one cereal
D: BBQ chicken/green beans
LOTS and LOTS of water!

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
I am afraid i'm like Paige. With these allergies, or head cold or whatever, NOTHING sounds good.
I plan to do some 'clean' eating, in that it won't be junk and carbs. I have greek yogurt and will have a bit of fruit in it and I honestly don't now what will be for lunch. I didn't pack last night and that means troulbe.
We will just do what needs to be done.

L- 1/4 piece of Pork Steak - air baked......... zuchinni & squash

D - left overs........whatever I have left in my bag...
