The NIGH****CHMAN - Monday 4/5
Gotta go lay down. Scheduled off of work tonight, and I was gonna go in. Since I only got 2 1/2 hours sleep last night, guess I will stay home. Gonna go nap now. Be back later.
Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.
If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested). Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.
