I'm with you on this one and it's where my head is at right now!  I know that after I get over this hump I will get it back together and do what I need to do!  It's really hard when there is soooooo much going on in our lives and not all of it good.  This is where MY head is and yea, food is a crutch.  No matter how hard you have worked to change that, it still rears its ugly head until you find the strength within yourself to knock it back down again.  It's a lifelong struggle for some of us, at least I'm thinking it will be for me. I know that you'll wrap your head around it and get it back together and drop those last 7 or 8 lbs.  You just have to set your mind to do it!  Right??

This week turned out great for me... I started off dragging, but got my rear in gear and had great results.  Glad you are coming home where you belong. 
We will be coming through Alabama just south of you on April 16th headed for Miami to catch the boat to the Bahamas.  I will shout real loud and maybe you will hear me...LOL.

June 9th will be my 1 yr. anniversary for my surgery.  The way I am going I should beat my 100 lb goal before then.  WooHoo!!!!
I can't wait to be able to scream it from the roof top... I LOST 100 LBS...LOL
