Here we are again, first full week in April and the day I am going to start the packing up of all my worldly goods . I've already started collecting piles of stuff that are going to the Thrift Store, I'm on my way!!!  I just wish that Peeka and Ally were of more help in the packing department, rather than a hindrance, ha-ha!!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend, whatever you were doing. I was LOVING the weather and sunshine--WOW, it was gorgeous!!! OK, it's time to get down to the nitty-gritty...The HAG was NOT nice to me this morning, have no one to blame but me, I'm struggling and I know it. I just have to figure out how to better manage the stress and pressure over the next couple of months. But I kinda figure that if I bounce around my "comfort" zone, I'm not going to worry about it too much. If things start climbing OUT of that zone, then I take action.  I have enough on my plate right now. Anywho...
We've heard about me...how are YOU doing??  H
ere we go.. Jump on the HAG  Scrawny
2 , record those digitsWriting and let us know how you are doing...Losses or gains, all results welcome here.  Y'all have a great day!  I refuse to give up or give in!

Have been wondering where you were hiding out at - figured w/ Spring Break and then Easter that you had beed too busy and had forgotten all about me....

Glad to see you back!  I'm in the same boat - up a couple of lbs. Gotta figure that it's going to happen with all that is going on, cuz I KNOW I'm not eating as I should all of the time, only about half of it.  <>

We'll get it together and back on track, I have faith in us!

It seems like many of us are struggling right now! But half the battle is recognizing and resolving!  Coming here seems to help! Hang in there, we'll get through it together!

Slow and steady wins the race... right?

I could complain that im not losing as fast as others, but hey im losing and thats something ive not done in a long time, but thanks to my WLS im doing it !!!

I go see the surgeon or his staff, tomorrow for my 4 month follow up. I look forward to the visit, so I can see if Im where they think I should be. Im also gonna ask if they have a goal set for me...no one has ever mentioned one.

Have a wonderful Monday, be thankful for all that you are, and how far you have come....Love one another....and me....ahahaha

I seem to remember that the first 4-6 months it came off really quickly and then slows down a bit. But you're right, you ARE losing!  Keep up the good work!  You're doing great!!!

Thumbs Up
