Holiday weekend warning: food is everywhere!
I'm maintaining so I'm good...I know I'll eat off track today.
I will get in my protein, over 100 oz. of liquids, vits and supplements are downed other than calcium.
Get moving exercising if you can!
I'm having a biscuit with a little sausage gravy for breakfast later since Ben's home
Will have dip and chips this afternoon
Will have crawfish, corn and potato and some dessert at crawfish boil

Yesterday was my worst food day in MONTHS...I just went NUTS...glad it's OVER!!!!!!!!

D: Richard taking me out to dinner, so not exactly sure-but will be protein and veggies of SOME kind!
Per my trainer's instructions, will limit exercise to 30 minute walk, and will continue to work on my water

We Can Do Hard Things
So back to the drawing board. After work I will reevaluate what is in the freezer and what can be cooked up and I will be prepped for the week next week. Apparently I was NOT this week.
The other NEW challenge is going out like I've been told to do! LOL. This going out and drinking with friends makes for calories that I didn't have before. Need to learn how to balance that.
