Accountable April Sunday
I don't even want to talk about yesterday. I ate way too many sweets and carbs...
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Mexican food for lunch...will get protein
Not sure for dinner...will let Ben pick something to thaw from freezer
Not a good plan...going to make some of the chicken cauliflower cheese chowder that Paige made last weekend to have something nutritious and yummy for next week and for the freezer!

I am cooking a brisket for dinner today. Gonna make potato salad & coleslaw to go with it. Oh, and crockpot cream cheese corn.
Gonna get back on track for real tomorrow. :) Hubby and I took a road trip to Tyler for the Skillet/Tobymac concert Fri night. We spent most of the day Fri and all day Sat eating "road food". It could have been worse, but I didn't get nearly enough water in. I skipped weighing in this morning.
