Accountable April Friday

Let's be accountable even though it's a holiday weekend.  Even if you may eat off your plan a little, exercise, take your vits/supplements, and get in your liquids and protein...it WILL help!

If you're super strong, avoid those sweets and fats...

My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
McD's sf vanilla iced coffee
chef salad for lunch
have to pick something up protein wise to cook for dinner

Well I'm not sure how accountable I will be this weekend but I have some healthy snacks packed and I'm going to start my day with a protein drink...   I'll check back in on Monday!!

Vits in, brkfast eaten, protein drink started!! Lunch box packed and soon on the way to Sbux for coffee and then off to work!! Pooped out this morning but will be ok!! today my neice Ashley arrives and I am soooooo excited, I love like she was my own and I did help raise her!!

Now go out and make it a great day!!

I got my 64 ounces of water in yesterday  . 
The scale was not my friend this morning.
