salad w/ tuna for lunch and sf mousse pudding cup
chicken w/ peanut noodles for dinner

All dressed and ready for my 3rd session of early morning boot camp..had to sit down to put on my socks and shoes cuz it hurts too badly to try to lift my legs..yesterday was squats/lunges and whatever else it was that was meant to torture fat thighs...ouch...
Today's plan..if I live theu boot camp:
B: Click-will drink on way to work
L: LC "Steamer"..Chicken margareta-I like it without the sauce and usually eat about 3/4 of it
S: Apple with a lil PB
D: Chicken rolled up in lettuce
S: Protein pudding
Have really been pushing the water, to help with the muscle soreness..can't IMAGINE how sore I'd be WITHOUT it..sheesh...I mean CRAP...
