Today's plan:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
salad w/ tuna for lunch and sf mousse pudding cup
chicken w/ peanut noodles for dinner

What's your plan?

I will ride my bike when I get home today.

All dressed and ready for my 3rd session of early morning boot camp..had to sit down to put on my socks and shoes cuz it hurts too badly to try to lift my legs..yesterday was squats/lunges and whatever else it was that was meant to torture fat thighs...ouch...

Today's plan..if I live theu boot camp:

B: Click-will drink on way to work

L: LC "Steamer"..Chicken margareta-I like it without the sauce and usually eat about 3/4 of it

S: Apple with a lil PB

D: Chicken rolled up in lettuce

S: Protein pudding

Have really been pushing the water, to help with the muscle soreness..can't IMAGINE how sore I'd be WITHOUT it..sheesh...I mean CRAP...

I know it freaks yall out to post what I am eating but No one really believes me. So here goes todays plan:

1/2 grapefruit
bacon cheddar scone w/butter
protein drink
fiber one antioxidentbar
iced decaf americano
life water zero
1/3 chef salad w/ranch (for dinner)
sf bliss yogurt w/toppings
bunny snack (pretzels, cheese cracker,wheat crackers shaped like bunnies)
will pick something up for lunch between appointments
sf pond cake w/strawberries and cool whip

whew that wears me out just coming up woth what I am going to eat!!! I was up 1/2 lb today!!

i'm here as well.  My day is the usual, but at least it's better than the CRAP I ate this weekend.

Eggs, cheese on sandwich thin

turkey, ham, cheese, tomato, pickle on sandwich thin

cucumber salad

dinner will be something on the way home from SA.  It will NOT be what I want. lol.  Will aim for bbq chicken from Bill Miller.

L: Pure Protein bar. Just gotta make sure I have one in my school bag.
D: Baked chicken thighs, broccoli and probably egg noodles for the family. I'll be skipping the egg noodles.
