It's almost Accountable April!  Just 2 more days...

I already rode my bike this morning.  I rode yesterday afternoon after work also.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Click shake in afternoon
tuna salad on spinach for lunch
meatloaf and sauteed spinach for dinner

What's your plan?

Good morning... between you and Gina's boot camp... I sure wish I could drag my butt up at 4 to work out... but it ain't gonna happen!!!   I am taking the kids to the gym tonight and Thursday night so that will have to do before we had to Dallas for the weekend.

Good morning.  Got on the scale this morning and it says I'm down 3 lbs for the month.  My jeans however are disagreeing with the scale.  I swear my weight has shifted cuz my jeans feel tight.  I went and tried on some yesterday and even the 10's were snug so I need to get serious again.  I took out a protein drink for breakfast, and plan pork loin and LF coleslaw for dinner.  Need to come up with something for lunch.  Maybe salad with LF ranch.  I think I'll go make some SF pudding to have for snacks rather than Easter candy....dang bunny!!

Good Morning my friends..

I feel that I had a much better day yesterday........turned down the "office B-day cake"   had popcorn instead.................Not the best choice...but trying to do better...........the good thing is  - I have a lot of support here at work - KICKING MY BUTT FOR YOU ALL !!   SO YOU ALL DON'T HAVE TO DO IT !!  LOL   j/k

Here is what I did yesterday:

Fat-47g
Carb - 71g
Protein: 92

I found a new app for my ipod that will allow me to electronically track my foods - without going on-line here at work.......i can do it on "break" at lunch...etc.....so I can get better control of what I'm eating..........

My plan for today:

Lunch:   Luncheon here at work..............not sure what will be of choice - but will do my best to stay on track and in "control" of my choices....

dinner:   Not sure................

I've got to quit the mindless eating.............i'm eating cuz I want too.....because it tastes good and my life is revolving around food again.....THAT HAS GOT TO STOP...

Let me give you an example---yesterday I ate:

1 single serve bag potatoe chips
1 fiber one antioxident bar
1 protein drink
chips w/ guacamole
2 sets of nachos mixed cheese w/guacamole
1 mini burger
3 stalks celery w/ pimento cheese
1/2 pound sf choc covered malt balls
most of a giant fried chicken wing
1/4 cup mash tators w/ butter
12 pieces fried okra
3 corn nuggets
1sf moo bar
3 sf fudge sicles
1/2 pound cubed watermelon
1/2 a clementine


change in weight....-3 lbs, I actuallt lost 3 lbs !!!!! WTF!!!!!!!!!

I started at 4am and kept at it till 9pm. Don't eat after that so I can take sleep meds at 10 on an empty stomach. I eat constantly and not getting enough fluids. I have been up 2hrs and so far to day I've had an antioxident bar, 2 eggos w/ butter& splenda cinn blend and 1/2 a grapefuit!! Going for fried fish for lunch with fries!! Need to pick up sf candy too!! OMG it is a free for all!! Will talk to Dr D about this manana!! BTW restirol worked GREAT!! slept 8 hrs straight!!!

lunch was 1/2 pc fried cod, 1 fried shrimp, 3 fried mushrooms, 1 fried zuchini, 6 french fies. tarter sauce, ****tail sauce and dill sauce. Oh I also had 3 hushpuppies dipped in melted butter!!

Phyllis, everything goes right through me, I poop more than a horse!!!!!!!!
