Meaningful March Sunday
My plan for today (not much of one...didn't think ahead too much & sent most of the leftovers w/ husband to work):
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee being downed now
Atkins shake
lunch: don't know yet...depends on if I eat out or at home
dinner: may make meatloaf and freeze some
I plan on making some tuna or chicken salad for lunches this week this afternoon.

Goood morning! Am off today, and have a testy headache, so going to have try extra hard to take on track. On days like this I either don't want to eat at all, or I want to eat everything in sight. So far, the THOUGHT of food turns my guts...SO...for now...my plan is to finish this coffee here..then...
B: Click..may do warm this AM, instaed of my usual cold, since I'm home
L: Thinking of going to Applebee's..if I do, will get the spinach/shrimp salad/lite vinegrette dressing
That's as far as I can think right now. I'll get groceries later and do lunhces for the week. I still have one pre-cooked one of chicken breast left for tomorrow (already in my work fridge).
Planning is EVERYTHING for me!

We Can Do Hard Things
It's been 4 days since I even bothered to eat healthy. I'm using the excuse of working 11 hour days and travel and funerals, blah blah blah...
So, like Ms. Gina, I will be planning and cooking today. I also have a headache just like Gina! No way around it, I have to plan and precook to stay on track. I so wish I could just eat what I want any time I want, but it's just not going to happen.
Let's make this week a great one! I will do my best to post every day.

I have seriously lost the plot this past week. I have got to learn how to handle this PMS and stress. Stress is never gonna end. Once I'm done with school, it's just gonna get worse working after being a SAHM for most of the last 18 years.
Here's what went on today.
B: Protein Coffee
L: 3 bites of a philly steak sandwich and an ice cream sandwich
D; Chicken thigh, potato salad, brocoli slaw, and way too many jalapeno cheetoes
S: went to the movies( for the first time since we moved back to the States almost 3 yrs ago) and I ate a box of Jr Mints.
