Meaningful March Monday
Paige, I want the chicken cauliflower chowder recipe...that sounds good to me.
My plan for today:
lots of liquids...at least 100 oz.
protein coffee
Atkins shake
tuna salad w/ a few crackers for lunch
meatloaf and sauteed spinach for dinner
What's your plan?
I have to ride my bike or go walk in the park when I get home because I slapped off the alarm this morning.

that's not silly at all. Honestly, I wake up that way EVERY day. Still expecting to see the 300# me. And I still read a completely different number on the scale than it is. If it's 159 I see 259..weird but you know, it's a life time of fat and always being too big.

Been to PCP he thinks the pain is a nutritional deficiency. Most likely my D. Ran a bettery of test including arthritis panel and lupus panel and CED rate. We have a lot of arthritis and lupus in the family and they just want to make sure and cover all basis. He also is going to have me try restoril to sleep. He agreed w/ yall about seroquel and weight gain although it wouldn't hurt to gain a little I aint doing 50 lbs!!!

I ate some things this weekend I swear I never would again - peanut butter eggs, a BOX of hot tamales, 3 mexican food dinners out, pizza, HOT dogs (gag), quesadilla - I mean WTF am I thinkin?
But food is packed and i'm working on cleaning out my system. Nothing drastic like 5dpt, but just much much better. I am also taking my vits and meds again, since I neglected them for days and that makes my hunger constant.
I can do this and I need to be accountable to MYSELF. If I can get rid of the cub, I can get treat myself better than I am.

I did my best to clean out the kitchen last night...I ate the rest of the Girl Scout cookies, lol. Actually I only had TWO. I made 2 boxes of Samoas last 3 weeks~heck a box used to be a serving!!
I had a very strange eating day yesterday. For some crazy reason I just wasn't hungry. I had a bagel for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a few scallops and 1/2 c coleslaw for dinner. So even adding the cookies in, my calorie count was good.
No plan for today. I've got a protein drink defrosting for breakfast and will probably grab something out between meetings today for dinner. Haven't been on the scale for days~my jeans tell me what I need to know.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
I'm back on track today - on the "eating plan"...............feel good this morning and got a 15 min break in am and pm to take a walking break............GET OUT AND WALK THE LAS COLINAS CANAL for 15 min..shcduled on my outlook express calendar so it will pop up and remind me .......2 times a day is what I'm aiming for......................

1 OS trim beef stick
Later - approx 1 cup of honey nut cheerios to chomp on..........:(
Lunch plans:
Frozen Veggies medley - Broc, Cauliflower & Carrots in cheese sauce.

Dinner:
no plans yet.........may have an Atkins Shake......
I really need to do about 2-3 days of nothing but liquids.....but I don't think that I would be successful on that..........
