Meaningful March Saturday

Here we are in our last weekend of March.  How are you doing.  I'm holding steady so that's okay.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Click shake
Spinach/ham quesadilla for lunch
beef cutlets, pinto beans and potatoes for dinner (husband will be here)

Good morning!!  Scale is up a bit but that's because of the ice cream and SF candy in the house!!!  Glad it's all gone... lesson learned.   But I'm still in my range so it's all good.  Need to do some major cooking this weekend to replenish my stash for lunches.   Anyone have a favorite recipe to share that freezes well????

So far so good for March. :)  Trying to get back to posting here on the TMB on a more regular basis.

Plan for the day...Not much of a plan so far.

Protien coffee for breakfast
choc milk and cheese sick for lunch
Grilling for dinner. Hot dogs and polish sausages.

Gotta make sure I get enough fluids today. I've been slackin'.

It's 7:15 PM and I'm having LUNCH right now...does that tell you what kind of busy day I've been having???? I worked 7:30am-5:00pm with a hospice pt..he died..now I'm at my "weekday" job, trying to catch up some stuff, from being out yesterday afternoon, so Monday won't be TOO wild, but I keep getting interrupted...about to finish eating..give up and go home....gonna NOT work tomorrow..stay home and cook for the week..

okay...pick yoursleves up off the floor, from your fainting...

D: will have shake sometime later

Did well on water today..just kept drinking!
