Meaningful March Friday

Yesterday was NOT a good eating day for me...way too many carbs.  I did get in 2 protein drinks and 120 oz. fluids and all my vits/supplements so that's good!  Must be better today.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
soup for lunch
chicken cordon bleu for dinner

Good morning!  I've really been struggling with my lunches... going to cook up some new recipes this weekend to freeze.  Glad it's Friday!!!!

I followed my plan yesterday, and am staying off the ***** in the box, so she won't try to tell me otherwise.... Today is pretty much the same, but hope to work tonight, so have stocked my "work bag", for the weekend, with protein bars (I get the "pure protein" kind-they are high in counts, but not so good tasting that I'd want to gorge on them), beef jerky and nut trail mix-chewy stuff-and CL water flavor singles...

B: Click...duh

L: Chicken breast/broccoli-carrots

S: apple/yogurt

D: Chicken if I work/Shake if I don't

Gonna keep pushing tha****er till it becomes a good habit again

I read this thread just about daily.  I am such a roller coaster rider. 
I do ok during the work day... but eat the bulk of my calories in the evening.  Trying to find a way to break that cycle.

Really need to bump the water intake... and add calcium/vit D to my plan..

my usual day = (M-F at least)
click = 4 oz FF lactose F milk and water
mid morning = carbmaster yogurt
late lunch = 2.5 oz tuna pack, low carb tortilla with a splash of hot sauce...
(sometimes) afternoon snack = banana

then dinner is usually a meat and veggie...  should be enough to satisfy, then by 8-9pm the grazing begins..

I started strong with March workouts... but didn't do a thing this week...   see my roller coaster of ups and downs... 

tomorrow's plan is to take the lab for a jog in the am...  hopefully I will keep that commitment to myself..

see if this makes sense...yesterday I ate:

8 ritz crackers
1cup HiLo cereal w/Mootopia
protein drink (rtd)
6pices celery w/pimento cheese
2 oz pumpkin spice trail mix
6 strawberries w/1.5 cups cantalope
8 nachos just cheese...ate this twice
most of a bag of microwave popcorn
8 sf oreos
fiber one bar
1 sf peep

and I lost a pound!!

This is pretty much been what I am eating and no weight is comming on! Can anyone make sense of this?That is a lot of food!!!!!!!!!!!
