Good morning.  Prayers for Eric and Jenny today as he has his surgery.
Happy Birthday Karen!

I don't have a tattoo and don't plan on getting one.  They're fine for anyone else, I just don't want one.  My tattoo would be a big nothing.

I have a lot of paperwork to do today.  New ArD meetings to schedule and folders to work on.  Homebound student will be after work.

Prayers for all others who need them.

Have a great Thursday!

Karla

Morning All, No tatoos here but that is because my sister and her family make up for it for Alissa and myself. Then again my signature line says it all for me.
Scars are like tatoos, but with better stories.

Remember the episode of friends where phoebe wanted a tat so Rachel went with her. Rachel got a little butterfly and Phoebe got a dot before she ran screaming from the shop.  Thats me.  Ill take the dot please, only can it be a sharpie?

10 more days!  Thats all that is left of this term. If I live I'm celebrating and never taking so many classes at once, especially the hard ones. On an up note, I'm holding steady with a A in everything but stats where I have a solid B.

Making good choices today. Lots of water (in the form of fresh green tea with ginger).

make it good.

Good morning all !

I have ONE tatoo..one I always wanted...have had it almost 20 years, so it's very faded now...a yellow rose on my inner right, upper ankle-back before tatoos were "ok for regular people"..I got it in Austin, in 1992, while at a nursing convention...I used my food allowance money for it "They" said I'd never stop at ONE, but I've never thought of anything else I couldn't live without...I need to get mine "refreshed"..not scared...just too cheap to spend the money...I've thought, many times, about getting one to signify the weight loss...but a butterfly seems too ordinary, and I couldn't think of anything else...I thought about "Success" in Japanese or something, but, since I don't KNOW Japanese, they could put "Chicken and broccoli" and I'd never know the difference..

I'd have my boys' thumbprints, like NINA, did-IF I had done it when they were babies-their prints are TOO BIG now..ouch!

If y'all can think of a GREAT TAT for me--I'll do it!

Extra special prayers for the RICHTER FAMILY-from the bottom of my heart

I have a date for WalMart and McDonald's tonight with my fave 3 year old-Brayden called me last night and set it up with his "GiGi", to "confirm" it himself. He also wants to see "Patty Puppy". I can't remember if I told y'all-we have ANOTHER puppy-Abby had just one this time-she was born on St Patty's Day-so what else COULD I name her???

Hope everyone has a blessed day...gotta go make it thru these next 10 hours before my date!!!

Good morning Train Riders!  I don't have any tattoos but after my divorce I seriously thought about getting one.  Partially because my ex absolutely hated them, and partially because it was such a big step for me.  I was going to get a phoenix.  I'm kind of glad I didn't cause where I was going to get it has shrunk significantly and I'm thinking it would have looked pretty bad now.

Starting work early today so I can head out mid-day for my doctor appointment.  I'm hoping for a really good 3D pic of the baby and maybe (crossing my fingers and toes) seeing if it's a boy or girl.  Tonight I've got to do some more packing too.  I think I'm going to pack up my winter clothes, hopefully we won't get any more snow before we move.

Prayers going up for Eric & Jenny this morning.  Hoping that everything goes smoothly and this is the final hurdle of their journey.

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

TATS??  Somebody call Adam.  He is covered in them.  I do want one, only one, and I think someday soon you will see a daisy on my ankle.  I just never sat still long enough to get it done!!

Had a great evening with Liz, Chris, Jennifer and Dad last night.  We stayed just long enough that all of us got to drive home in the rain!!  Still had a great time.

The internet is down at home and per Charter will be until until 5PM for maintenance.

I am having some pain this morning, that knife is back they stuck in me last week.  Guess I need to call and see if that is normal or did I do something stupid?  My money is on stupid.

Yall have a great day!!

I have 2 tats. The first I got in 1990 is a yellow rose laying across a heart...it's on my buttocks (in my best Forrest Gump voice!) Yellow roses have special meaning for Bill and I. The second one is on my left shoulder blade and is "supposedly" a Japanese symbol that means Beauty goes before thee. Bill's old work buddies use to call him Beast and they jokingly called me Beauty, so he has a lion and a panther tattoo and I have something that probably says something totally different than I think!! LOL I'm with Gina Gayle on that one for sure!! I wouldn't mind another one to incorporate my grandbabies names in somehow.

Baby JJ went home from the hospital yesterday. They will meet with the doctors on Monday to determine the next course of action. The tumor was cancerous, but they haven't completed the other portion of the pathology to determine what kind or waht stage it is.

Positive panties are on today, gonna see what life brings my way today! I see sunshine, so that's a good start!!

Prayers and hugz to all in need!

Most of you know the story but for those of you that don't...From the time Hailey was little, OUR song has been "So Happy Together" by the TURTLES.  So I designed the tattoo and SHE had hers done.  The first line of the song is "imagine me and you"  so mine is supposed to say "...and you and me".  The reason I haven't done it is because I want the same guy to do it and he's in Nachodoches.  Anyway, one of these days it will happen.

After PS I will get a tatoo. If I do it now, no telling where it will end up after plastics! It will be a colorful poison arrow  or dart frog with 170 (weight I lost) in roman numerals underneath.
