Meaningful March Wednesday

We're mid-week today in the last full week of March.  April will be upon us soon!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Atkins shake
chef salad w/ lite dressing for lunch
snacks at my Scentsy party, including protein
if I need something else: quesadilla that is already cooked

Good morning!!!   Back to work today and NOT looking forward to it... went to the gym last night and although I didn't want to go I felt so much better after I did!!!

My goal is to attempt once again to get in 64 ounces of water and try to keep my carbs low.  I had 50 ounces yesterday. I am unsure of the carb count because I had a burrito covered in cheese at the Mexican restaurant.  The one good thing is that is the only food that I ate all day yesterday.

no plan today except eat only if hungry and drink lots of fluid! Oh and take my vits!
