I actually have a jar of it (didn't know it was called PB2 until I goggled it) that I bought back when I used to dump on peanut butter. About that time I quit dumping on regular PB (of course!) so I haven't used any of it.
Now I know what I can do to use it up!

Sarah! I am a peanut butter freak. I like peanut butter on everything. I used peanut butter protein powder to add to my maple and brown sugar weight control oatmeal and when I realized I only had a scoop of it, I remembered the jar of PB2 I keep forgetting............I added about a tablespoon to my oatmeal and microwaved it and it's just as good as the real stuff...Eating oatmeal makes me feel it's better than eating pancakes, especially with just 1 gram of sugar in it. I love peanut butter on pancakes with sf maple syrup so the oatmeal is a great stand in......
