Meaningful March Tuesday

Yesterday was a pretty good day eating wise for me.  I did eat a couple of things off track but no more than usual...chunked a couple of snacking things Ben had made in the trash so it wasn't here to tempt me anymore.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Click shake
chef salad w/ lite dressing for lunch
tilapia for dinner
trail mix for snack

I already rode my bike for over 30 minutes...did yesterday too.   Make yourself get a little exercise.  Most of my vits and supplements are downed for the day.

What's your plan?

I did everything yesterday I said I would do..was wiped out when I got home...didn't even WANT to eat (weird-huh?), so thrw some protein in some pudding, ate it, and called it supper!

Today's plan is pretty much like yesterday, but we are having a "going away" lunch at work, so going to be a bit more "iffy"-I do know there will be roast and meat loaf..as well as veggie tray, so will take it from there...plus I'm taking SF pudding (don't tell 'em it's SF)

D: Chicken/veggies

Really need to up my water..

Yesterday sucked!!!  If it was edible I think I ate it!!!  Oh well... don't know what was up yesterday but today is a new day and WILL be better!!!  Had to take the day off to take mom to the doctor today... nothing wrong just some routine stuff.  Not sure what my plan will be....

I will come back and and add that later...

I started back on the assistance program today.  My only plan is to make sure for the next four days to get in the minimum of 64 ounces of water down and limit my carb intake.

Not a good morning. Belly is hard as a rock and has been for days. Hurts like a biotch and I don't think I am going to work. Every joint and bone in my body hurts. Will call Doc this afternoon if I an not feeling better. Todays plan is to do lots of liquids and stick to soft food as much as I can.

WATER

B  2 egg whites, new potatoes w/onions, 1slice wheat bread, sausage

L 2 chicken flatbreads from schwan's

D  Spaghetti w/meat sauce.

Fruit for snacks.
