WOOOOHOOO for Monday!  I'm back from my road trip, tired, happy, and staring a pile of work in the face... LOL  I had a great time visiting with my Mom... but the drive home in the blowing snow wasn't fun... LOL I stopped for gas in Sulphur Springs and had nothing but a hooded sweater to protect me from the blowing snow... it was cold as heck and my fingers were getting numb before the pump kicked off.... then 5 miles on up the road it was clear as a bell, no rain, no snow, no nothing... I was so mad... LOL 

Prayers are going up for all that need them!

It's early and I am up  --  Blech!!  I only got about 5 hours of sleep last night and I feel it in my bones!  It's hard to sleep when you have a kitty with needle feet standing on me meowing in my ear...worthless kitty!  I accomplished nothing yesterday, but a nap and several movies. Got a few projects I need to work on today, so I have to get outta "slug" mode and do something constructive. It would help if it were warmer, but I'm not going to complain too much, cuz we DON'T have any snow on the ground. They are predicting a few flurries, but with the temps hovering around 37, I don't think we'll see much of that, so YAY!!! I'm still in awe of the pictures I saw of many of your homes in the DFW area. 
Only one more week and then I have to get busy packing up boxes and hoeing and throwing.  I know that I have many boxes that I haven't even opened since I have been here in AL, so they aren't making the return trip.

The best thing that I can say about today is...it is less than one month to April 15th (tax day)...so that means it is less than one month until I get to see Don...I am flying in to DFW that night leaving Atlanta at 650pm....WAHOO!!!!!  Can you tell that the countdown is on ?!?!?!

This past week, I did have to take two days off...allergies were acting up, and frankly did not want to have to deal with sneezing & working at the same time...after a point I am totally wiped out.  And the second day, my temp had spiked up in the middle of the night.  It literally felt so good just to stay at home and rest.  Hopefully those two days will give me the strength to be able to finish tax season without being totally worn out to a frazzle.  One of my tax season bonuses is based on my tax return production, and even with taking off those two days..my production is even with last year.  (I only had one day off during tax season last year...iron infusion.)  I am hoping to break 300 this year, as I almost did it last year.

Yesterday we had all that rain come through here that ya'll had on Saturday...dont think we will get the snow.  I cant wait for Spring to finally get here...I am tired of all the cold, cold and more COLD!!!

I just have work today.  I should actually be getting ready to walk out the door.

I've been having cramps in my neck and right shoulder, and I finally broke down and visited one of those neck/shoulder massage places at the mall. My muscles are sore, but I am feeling better.  I think driving in the snow Saturday night really did me in.

Good morning.  It's hard to believe Spring Break is over, but it is!  I got out w/o too much trouble this morning...got to get back into the swing of the regular schedule.

Lots of ARD notices and folders to work on today at work, then get to come home...yeah!

Moonday morning and back to the grind. I went to bed early so I wouldn't start the week off tired after being on vacation, but I swear I can feel the tension already setting into my shoulders. Not fair!

Only 2 more weeks of this mini term. I hope I can make it. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel for one, but the other seems like I'm drowning. I have 2 standard classes, too.  I've put off work in both and am now behind in History. I have a test next week, just before finals on the mini term. Argh. Anyway....nuff about me.  Missing you all. 

Gina, thanks for the text last night. Read up on that and the symptom**** right on the money. We spent some time talking with DH's brothers and dad so we're better prepared to discuss with the doc. At least now we know what questions to ask.

Kathy, how did your daughter's travel go? You'll have to fill me in later on how this came about.

Becky, not gotten any texts from you in a while. How's it going?

Doing really good with the surgery but I have a small problem that is keeping me home and on the phone to the doc.  Nothing to worry about, but want to make sure.

Tom is recovered very well from his bout with stomach upsets.  He worked way too late Friday night and then ate, and he paid for it Saturday.  He was so looking forward to Saturday I think he just overdid it all.

We will be very close to home today.  Recovery in progress...

Glad tom is recovering. We missed yall for sure.  Wish i would have had the kids since it appears WE got all the snow lol.  Rest up..

Good evening-I forgot to jump on! Oops! Oh well, better late than never. I am still exhausted from the weekend. I worked all day and came home and felt icky and slept for a while and now I feel a bit better.

I'm watching the news and is it just me or does Clinton look older and more haggard than Bush? lol
