Meaningful March Sunday
Okay...just a little over a week and March will be over. We need an April title...what about "Aspiring April" or "Abstain from Carbs April"...throw something else out there if you have an idea.
Today's plan for me:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
lunch: fajita quesadilla
dinner: Taco soup w/ cornbread in honor of our COLD weather...that way I can freeze some soup for lunches

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
I worked carbs back in yesterday. Much less than I wanted... lol, because my head always thinks I can eat more than I can. Thankfully my pouch is satisfied with much less.
I am going to have a low carb english muffin with some egg and cheese.
Lunch is going to be out. They have awesome stuffed potatoes, but they also have good salads, so I am going to aim for that.
Will pack up the protein for the rest of the week and try to stay on track for another week. I am up a pound from yesterday but I did salt up yesterday.
