Meaningful March Monday
Let's start off a new week by making it mean something. Throw out as many carbs as you can...we have to have some, but don't go overboard!
I had way too much SUGAR yesterday!
Today's plan:
lots of liquids...100 oz. or more
protein coffee already downed
Click or Atkins shake
leftover manicotti for lunch...it's full of protein
leftover pork fajitas for dinner

I have cooked chicken breasts for the week-the stufffed ones from WalMArt that are so much better than the ones I had last week (the ones I did myself-yuck-but I HAD to use them up)..so..forward ho..

I know my water intake has been down some. My goal this week is to work on that-and to sign up for my nephew's boot camp...I have truly lost my mind...
