Little more creep - but I'm still in my acceptable range and half of my highest weight. But this does make 2 weeks in a row with a gain, regardless of how small - it's aggravating! Must start moving my butt again, this sitting in the office chair all day and recliner all evening is got to GO!

I know what you mean!! The constant bouncing is making me crazy!!! I hate it! I need to get off my a$$ and do something, but I don't have a lot of internal motivation right now! I need to change my thought process about exercise and quit thinking of it as a "chore". But I agree with you about no matter how small the gain, it's still a move in the wrong direction. Hang in there honey -- you can do it!!!!

My doctor isn't much help when it comes to weight goals....... he is happy with any weight under BMI of 30 which I barely made it by my one-year checkup. That is 163 pounds for me - which compared to 248 pounds I was thrilled with but I wanted to be under 150 as my personal goal.
At 145 I am still in the Overweight BMI category - would have to lose 9 more pounds to be in the Normal range but my body stopped losing at 145 and hasn't dropped below that in over 6 months so I would have to really work hard for those 9 pounds and it just isn't worth it to me. I am happy with my new "setpoint" and at 51 having a little extra padding isn't such a bad thing!
After I hit ONEderland, I celebrated each new "decade" - the 180's, 170's etc and by then my weight loss slowed down so much it took me 2 months or so for each 10 pounds so it was a big deal to me and worth celebrating.
