I don't know if I am doing this right but I'm going to get it started. I am leaving for work in 20 minutes and wanted to post before I go.

I am claiming victory over the 5dpt - No cheats (3 beers, only) and it did as it should. Much smaller pouch and hunger is pretty much gone.

Best news -

Monday morning weight- 162.6
Saturday morning weight - 158.4

I will take it.  Not sure I will go to the extent of the 5dpt again for a while, but I know my tool works when I do what I should. Of course my brain says.. If I could just lose 7 more, but I haven't seen 151 in almost 2 years.  I really am going to try to make a conscious effort NOT to incorporate the CRAP again.

Good bye hot tamales and milk duds.. you are useless!!!

Today I plan to incorporate some pinto beans i'm cooking and some strawberries.  gonna try to keep the protein going. Weekends are hard to remember to eat.

Thanks for cranking up Meaningful March for us Becky!  I was enjoying sleeping in until 7:00 on one of my last Spring Break days.  Feel free to start it up any day.  You've done great this weak.  I'm proud of you.  You can lose that other 7 lbs. if you want to. 

My plan for today:
protein coffee
breakfast burrito
Click drink if I need it
2 tamales for lunch
Not sure what Ben wants to cook/eat for dinner but will be protein

Good morning!!!  Had fun yesterday at MG and then the kids wanted to eat at Joes Crabshack so I had a cup of clam chowder and 2 of hubbys shrimp... so not too bad.
