Aldi Supermarkets have come to DFW
Glad it's not the Bucket List..... 
MY LIST had 15 goals on it and by 15 months out I had met every one of them......

OK, one FINAL comment ( I swear I don't work for them)...I'm eating the spiral sliced ham I bought and honestly think it's the best one I've ever had. The glaze is awesome and the ham is mild and not too salty. OK, I'm done now...

Thanks for the post, Georgie .. I remember the press release a few months ago that they were planning to open stores here (Iin fact, I think I posted something here about that) 
What locations are open in the DFW area now? Is it just one there in GP?

It looks like the nearest one to the Garland/Mesquite area are the ones in Dallas (?)
I wonder if it is worth the gas $$s to drive there for under $50 worth vs. shopping here at the Wal-Mart Country Market ..
Also, how do their prices compare to Sak-n-Sav? We have one in N. Garland, but I have never been in it .. Sorta the same concept as Aldi's (lots of generics, BYObags, etc.)
