Iron Amino Acid Chelates
Anybody ever taken this form of iron? I was re-ordering my liquid multi-vitamin from Vitamin Shoppe and I am out of iron also. I liked the Tender Iron that Vitalady used to carry, but the last batch tasted odd and I wrote her and found out they changed the formulation.

I should have having blood drawn at work in the next month or so for our annual OSHA physicals so I will be able to tell if it is better, worse or the same as the Tender Iron I was taking.
