Good morning all!!!!   Going to get this started for Miss Karla today as I'm sure she is enjoying her last (workday) of Spring Break!!!  We are headed to Moody Gardens today with the kids and then maybe dinner in Galveston.  Last night was family fitness night.... and guess what?? Exercise does really work.... the scale read 153.8 this morning my lowest to date!!!  I'm not really trying to lose just want to maintain in the 150-155 range.

Plan for today....

Packed a few protein bars as I'm not sure what will be available at MG... and god knows I have sword off eating in public after my moment at the rodeo!!!!!

Hope you and your family have a great time today at MG!  It should be a good day for going.  Willie G's on the wharf is a fun place to eat because you can watch the boats pull in while you're eating.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Click
tamales for lunch
pork fajitas for dinner with 1 tortilla and some guacamole

I made it to day 5 of the 5dpt.  So my edukashun says I am almost done! woo hoo.

Feel better but did have the usual too much protein issue. All is well now.   Today is sausage for brekkie, steak for lunch and chicken for dinner likely.

Hope this was all worth the trouble.
