Fun and Fabulous Friday WLS Express

I am enjoying my last day of vacation.........  by pulling p some vinyl floor tiles that need to be replaced LOL.  House looks a lot better, though - been working hard on it all week.  Gonna take the weekend off and enjoy doing nothing.

My thoughts and prayers are with you guys at the Hope for Eric event -  I know it will be a great success.

My son pulled up in his new ride yesterday - couldn't find an older Celica he wanted so instead he found an old beater for $800 - a 1989 Lincoln Town Car with 105,000 miles on it, cold A/C and everything on it works and it runs good.  That thing is a BOAT!  I sat down in it and the hood reached out in front for miles LOL.  It will get him by until he gets a job unless he gets real attached to it and wants to restore it.  I didn't see any rust but it needs a paint job, new vinyl roof and interior so it will take some work.

I am working today.  When I get off, I am picking up my baby from daycare.  She and I are going to enjoy our last couple days alone before the rest of the family come back.  I have to put some squash on to cook... (making healthier choices), and then put laundry in.  I will get on facebook and update my farm and zoo for just a moment, then it is MOVIE time.  She is getting all my attention tonight, because I have to clean tomorrow.

I'm having a really busy day. It started out great. I decided to get on the scale just to see how things were.....lost 5lbs! Beast is working out of town until at least Sunday so it's me and the fur children on the loose! ha! My Sisters Sewing Retreat starts Monday so I plan to finish getting this quilt and a couple of small projects ready and packed, service the sewing machine...the old girl has been a workhorse and needs some shiny insides. I'm hoping Beast gts back Sunday so he can pack all this stuff in the car!

I was doing my bi-weekly bil paying online when I discovered my debit card has been deactivated. In ordering Beast a new debit card I somehow managed to cancel both...I wondered why they sent ME a new card! So now I'm on my way to the bank to reactivate it then I'll finish paying bills tonight.
