Today I am grateful..

For a good group..

For new friendships..

That it is a day that ends in Y and I am above the dirt..

For good cries..

For manning up..

 Grateful for feeling better and better, grateful for my WLS, health, friendships, family and friends.    Grateful for Support Groups and encourageing words.    Grateful for life and my faith in God who answers prayers.    Grateful for Obesity Help.
