Meaningful March Thursday

sorry for the late starts this week but I've been sleeping in!  someone else that's up and at 'em can crank it up earlier if you want to.

today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
click shake (forgot it yesterday)
grilled sandwich thin  sandwich w/ meat/cheese/spinach for lunch
stuffed (with meat) manicotti for dinner w/ salad and 1 pc. bread

todays plan:

yogurt w/Hi Lo vanilla almond cereal
melon
1 slice bacon
protein drink
celery w/peanut butter
3oz cheeese
2oz nut mix w/dried fruit
sm garden salad

not sure on dinner

Dinner? who knows.. prolly take mom out somewhere since she will be here by then

Good morning!  Haven't been getting my liquids in so the ole' band is pretty tight!!!   So plan on doing a lot of drinking today!  To bad it's not the good stuff!!!  Scale was 154 even this morning my lowest!!!  But I'm sure that has alot to do with once again not getting my liquids in.

talpia with sweet chile sauce
skinny cow or WW bar

OKAY.... I have decided to join you guys so that I will be more accountable for my food choices... So....

The plan for today:

Water.... Water... Water
Ceareal with skim milk and banana
Chicken breast
roll
baked beans
potato casserole

Salad for dinner since I am eating a big lunch.

fruit for snacks.
