Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS AND SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

Brenda F. - Pray for her health issues, she will find out soon if she has Leukemia.
George - prayers for Oleta's mother. Situation still the same, under hospice care. Also, prayers for employee Bob. He has MS and Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Bob has second round of chemo scheduled on 3/15-16. Also has heart flucuations now.
Gina L. - Would like to ask for prayer for her daughter Stephanie. She had some complications with her incision from her child birth. Also, Annabella is still jaundiced.
Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house in San Antonio. They have made the move to the metroplex but still need to sell their house.
Karen the Papaya Queen asks we pray for her son and his GF and their kids. They lost the parental rights to the children, but the decision is under appeal.
Kat (Iwannabethinnow) requests prayer for her friend with breast cancer.
Kim (tennysonkw) wants prayer that she will be a better example to her children in the future, and that God will grant her strength to endure, as her and her husband go through a divorce.
Michelle S. - Prayers for her Unlce Paul who is apparently in the final stages of Alzheimers. He is now in the hospice area of the VA Hospital. Also pray for her father, who is Uncle Paul's only surviving sibling. He is having a tough time. Mark's grandmother is almost 101. She has congestive heart failure.
Nina - Pray for two cousins with different issues going on.
Sarah448's son Jeremy needs a car he can afford and a job.
Vivian - Pray for her during the stressful time.

Well, had a mixed bag kinda day. My sister sent let me know she had to take dad to the hospital at 5 am. Apparently had some major side pains and they thought it was an appendicitis. It ended up being an inflammation of some fatty tissues. Not sure they can do anything for it though.
We ended up going to the beach this afternoon. The wind was horrible so it was COLD out there!!! Birrr!!! Hoping the sun will be out sometime this week! I've been a bit bummed the past two nights though. For Paul and the girls, they have ate well at dinner. The hotel had food the past two nights. Last night was a "BBQ" so hot dogs, chips, potato salad, etc. Tonight was nachos with pretty spicy hamburger meat, nacho cheese sauce, etc. That's not the kind of stuff I really use as substantial food so I don't eat much of it. Well I didn't do much about it yesterday but when they all did the same thing today, I just got irked. All of them were like, "what, we're full". I mean yes, I can go out and get something, I know that, but that kind of negates the whole "family" thing!!! Whatever. Maybe I'm just tired, especially with this congestion and all...
