Meaningful March Wednesday

Well, my yard work did me good.  I had added 2 lbs, now I'm down the 2 lbs.  Yeah!

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
another protein shake at some pt.
leftover papa nachos for lunch
haven't planned dinner...but will be protein

Day 3 of  5dpt is today.  I think I have done well

My plan is -

scrambled eggs with salsa and some cheese

chicken salad thru out day

tuna salad for dinner, maybe


NO scale!  I'm doin it!

Good morning!!!  Went to the gym last night and did 3.5 miles on the treadmill...it felt so good after not being able to exercise for the past 2 weeks!!!  Yesterday was good until I ate a few cookies... oh well that's life... at least I exercised!!!

I grazed ALL day yesterday.  I don't know what was wrong with me but I swore I was starving all day.  I just made up 3 protein drinks and popped them in the freezer.  Plan on ham/cheese  for lunch but dinner will be out with friends so I'll have to decide when I get there.

S - STARBUCKS!!! yummo
D - grilled chicken, green beans, and broccoli
