Manic Monday WLS Express

Just another Manic Monday, wi**** were Sunday, cause that's my fun day! Trust me, reading the words are much better than me singing them! All Aboard!

GOOD MORNING! It is indeed a Monday. 4am sure as heck came early this morning. I am trying to get back into the regular routine since I'm back full time today. However, if I am in too much pain or too tired I will come home early.
I'm so incredibly blessed to be able to go to get a a massage yesterday. My muscles were all out of wack due to my boot on my foot, using the scooter, etc. It was such a pretty weekend weather wise!

What is everyone with kiddos doing for Spring Break? Chris is very excited because his new Pokemon game came in yesterday. He traded in some games over a month ago and preordered the new game. That will keep him busy for a while.

MIchelle-thanks for updating us on your mom. I hope the biopsy goes well today so they can figure out the plan of action.

Pokemon Soul Silver and if I hear he's tired of that game by the end of the week I'm taking the DS away! Lol

Good morning.  I'm not too excited about beginning my Spring Break Monday with getting up at 4:23!  Have to leave the house by 6:00 to get to Humble to Toyota dealership to have car mat recall fix on my Camry.    Ben has an appt. in Conroe at 3:00 with his dermatologist, so we will shop in between.  I have to get bridal illusion to make my niece a substitute veil for her portraits Wed. because her real veil hasn't come in yet.  I need to go to Sam's, Ben needs AE shorts and I'm sure we'll find plenty of things to do in between appts.

WOOOHOOO for Monday!  I'm up and at 'em and going strong as usual this morning, but I know I'll be dragging butt by the time bedtime comes... I wish they'd just stop fricking with the dang clocks... set them one way or the other and leave them alone!  LOL  Stepping down off my soap box now....

Hey, y'all! 

Karen - I'm with you on those clocks!  Even my dogs are dragging. 

It's been a busy weekend and will be a busy week, I'm sure.  But, it beats being bored.  As far as our bathroom remodel goes, it's STILL not done.  However, I finally got DH to take the 2x4 lumber out of the living room yesterday.  Now that's progress!  Maybe one day, the bathroom walls will get painted and the counter permanently freed from construction tools, drill bits, rulers and I don't know what all covering it.    I swear there are sinks in there somewhere!

I'm barely up and about. I haven't dressed yet, but it won't take me long to actually get that way.

The best news out of my weekend is that my Whey Low arrived, and the BF and I made one of his old family recipes with it. I can't wait to see how it turns out! The cake has to rest in the fridge for 24 hours before you can eat it.

I only dream of Spring Break, as mine will start on April 15th approx 7pm when I am flying to DFW Airport.  This happens when you work in a CPA firm environment...I know job security, but right now I could use a little less job security.  Other than that, I am doing good. 

I think I may have found the magic potion to my exhaustion...it is called 'going to bed early, and getting your sleep in'.  No, seriously for months on end, I have felt 'tired' even when getting iron infusions (last July) and B12 shots (every two weeks).  Friday night I did not work late, went to a college basketball tournament game viewing party (we won), got home about 930pm, was asleep by 10pm with CPAP, and woke up at 6am refreshed!!!  And I still was going strong that night.
