Meaningful March Monday

On track for today and logging food.  Scale is down a little and tracking food seemed to help the last week.

So, for today;

B-Cream of Wheat
S-Banana
L-Lean Cuisine; mac & Beef
S-turkey deli meat & cheese
D-Not sure yet, likely egg casserole I made yesterday

okay, day 1 of 5dpt

so far I am still alive, probably not the best to deal with, but i'm gonna do it DAMNIT!  lol

Have had a pudding and two Atkins protein drinks so far.

Heating up La Madeliene tomato and basil soup for lunch. Got more puddin and jello to get me thru the afternoon.

I'm sticking with hot tea for a while because that keeps my tummy feeling fuller.

I also have keto breath going so I know something is going on.
